This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made through the official website of New Maa Ditya Co-Operative (Urban) Thrift & Credit Society Ltd. (NMD Society)<\/strong>.<\/p>

All membership fees paid to NMD Society are non-refundable once the membership application has been submitted and processed.<\/p>

  • Fixed Deposit (FD) Schemes<\/li>
  • Recurring Deposit (RD) Schemes<\/li>
  • Share Capital Contributions<\/li>
  • Other Member Deposit Schemes<\/li><\/ul>

    shall be governed by the applicable scheme rules and Society bye-laws.<\/p>

    Such deposits cannot be cancelled or refunded through the website once successfully processed. Withdrawals and maturity payments shall be made according to the respective scheme terms.<\/p>

    3. Loan Processing and Documentation Fees<\/h3>

    Any loan application, processing, verification, or documentation fees paid to NMD Society are non-refundable, irrespective of whether the loan application is approved or rejected, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Society.<\/p>

    4. Duplicate Payments and Transaction Errors<\/h3>

    In the event of:<\/p>

    • Duplicate payments<\/li>
    • Multiple deductions for the same transaction<\/li>
    • Successful deduction without confirmation of payment<\/li><\/ul>

      the member may request a refund by submitting proof of payment.<\/p>

      After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source.<\/p>

      Any request for cancellation of an online payment must be submitted in writing to the Society.<\/p>
