This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made thereunder, as applicable, including the amended provisions relating to electronic records contained in various statutes, as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.
This document is published in accordance with the applicable provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require the publication of the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use governing access to and use of the Website: www.propglobalinfra.com.
Definitions and General Provisions
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires:
- “You” and “User” shall mean any individual, legal person, or entity accessing or using the services provided through the Website and who is competent to enter into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- “We,” “Us,” and “Our” shall mean the Website and/or the Company, as the context requires.
- “Party” and “Parties” shall respectively refer to the User and the Company individually and collectively, as the context requires.

- The User’s access to and use of the Website shall be governed by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy (“Policy”) available on the Website, including any modifications or amendments made by the Company from time to time. By visiting the Website and/or using any services provided through it, the User shall be deemed to have read, understood, and unequivocally accepted these Terms and the Policy.
- The User acknowledges and agrees that these Terms and the Policy are intended to operate together. The expiry or termination of either document shall not automatically terminate the other except where expressly provided herein or required by applicable law.
- These Terms and the Policy constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Company. No physical signature or separate written acceptance is required for these Terms to become binding. The User’s access to or use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Policy.

The Company is a professional real estate consultancy providing a range of property-related advisory and support services. The services offered may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Property Identification: Assistance in identifying and searching for properties through research, analysis, and assessment of the User’s requirements.
- Transactional Support: Assistance with property site visits, pricing discussions, negotiations, and inventory-related matters.
- Financial and Administrative Support: Assistance and guidance relating to financing, mortgage services, documentation, administrative procedures, and coordination with relevant professionals or service providers.
- Property Portfolio: Services relating to residential properties, including primary and resale properties, commercial properties, leasing opportunities, land, affordable housing, investment projects, and other structured real estate offerings.
- Portfolio Structuring and Management: Assistance in evaluating and diversifying real estate portfolios and identifying properties based on the User’s investment objectives, budget, and preferred terms.
Eligibility
The User represents and warrants that they are legally competent and eligible to enter into legally binding agreements and have the requisite authority under applicable law, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Individuals or entities who are not competent to contract or who are otherwise disqualified from entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law shall not use the Website or its services.
Term
These Terms shall remain valid and binding for as long as the User continues to access or use the Website or until any transaction or engagement between the User and the Company has been concluded or terminated, as applicable.
Certain provisions of these Terms, including provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination, shall continue to remain effective after termination or cessation of the User’s access to the Website.
Termination
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law, to suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Website or any services provided through it, with or without notice, where the Company reasonably believes that the User has violated these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law.
Upon termination or suspension, the User shall remain bound by all provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive such termination or suspension.
Online Service Platform
The Website operates as an online real estate service platform that provides information, guidance, recommendations, and consultancy-related services concerning real estate properties.
Any information, property details, recommendations, pricing, availability, returns, or other content displayed on the Website may be subject to change and should be independently verified by the User before making any property-related or financial decision.
Communication
By using the Website and voluntarily providing contact information, the User consents to receiving communications from the Company and/or its affiliates, authorized representatives, or service partners, as applicable. Such communications may include telephone calls, automated or pre-recorded calls, emails, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, or other electronic communications relating to the User’s enquiries, services, transactions, or promotional offers, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
If the User wishes to opt out of receiving promotional communications, they may contact the Company or use the available unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism. The Company shall process such requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
Notwithstanding an opt-out from promotional communications, the Company may continue to contact the User regarding services already requested or availed, transactions, account-related matters, legal notices, or other necessary communications.
All personal information provided by the User shall be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
User Obligations
The User agrees and acknowledges that access to the Website is subject to compliance with these Terms. The User shall:
- Not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content, software, material, or information available through the Website without the prior written permission of the Company, except where permitted by applicable law.
- Not access or attempt to access the Website through any means other than the interfaces and mechanisms provided or authorized by the Company, including through unauthorized automated tools, bots, spiders, crawlers, or scraping mechanisms.
- Where the Website permits the posting, uploading, or submission of content, ensure that such content is lawful, accurate, non-offensive, and does not infringe upon the rights of the Company or any third party.
- Not engage in any activity that may:
- harass, threaten, or impersonate another person;
- involve the posting or transmission of misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful content;
- introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful software;
- interfere with or compromise the security or operation of the Website;
- collect or attempt to collect personal information relating to other users without authorization; or
- involve unauthorized advertising, solicitation, or promotional activities.
The User acknowledges and authorizes the Company to disclose information to law enforcement agencies, government authorities, regulators, or other competent authorities where such disclosure is required by applicable law or pursuant to a lawful request.
Suspension of User Access and Activity
The Company may, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law, suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Website or its services if:
- The User breaches these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy.
- The User provides false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information.
- The User engages in conduct that may cause or has caused harm, damage, loss, or disruption to other users, the Company, its partners, or the Website.
- The User engages in any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of the Company or any third party.
- The Company reasonably believes that suspension or termination is necessary to protect the Website, its users, systems, services, or legitimate business interests.
The Company may take such action with or without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.
